Regardless of which plan you choose, you can queue up as many projects as you would like on your personalized project board. I will assess each request and provide an initial estimated turnaround time, as well as status updates over the course of each project. I will complete projects from your queue one at a time in the order of priority you specify.

No. While each membership is treated as a 12 month at-a-time relationship, you can pause your membership at any time. If you need to cancel your membership, I require 30 days written notice. Example: If you pause your membership in February, you will be billed for February and your membership and any project requests in queue will freeze at the end of the month until you are ready to resume your membership. You would not be charged again until you resume your plan. If you canceled your membership in February, you would be billed for February and March. Your membership would remain active until the end of March and I would continue work on existing projects in queue until the end of March.

Your rate is locked for the first 12 months from the day you sign up. Please Note: Pausing your membership does not extend the 12 month price lock.

If your organization is located within Washington State, there is added sales tax on monthly memberships. If your organization is located outside of Washington State, you would not pay added sales tax on your membership.

I do not offer refunds after I have started working on your first project. That being said, my ultimate goal is providing the highest quality work to meet your organization’s needs. If something isn’t quite right, just let me know! I’m happy to revise it until you love it.

Once your monthly plan is activated, you will have access to a personalized Trello project board to submit and track progress on projects. Never used Trello? No worries, I’ll show you how.

Typical project requests take around 2-3 business days to complete. Larger design projects with multiple elements and video-based projects may take longer, but I will assess and communicate turnaround time expectations both at the beginning of each project and all along the way.

Absolutely! You have full ownership of any approved, final assets. I only work with music, photography and voiceover providers who offer full-use licenses across any platform.

Final project assets are shared via Google Drive in whatever formats you requested in your initial project request. Project assets will be archived after initial delivery and available to you as long as you are a member.
